EXTERNAL WALLS 

The construction of external walls is made of prefabricated three-layer large plate reinforced concrete elements with a PIR insulation layer and an outer reinforced concrete layer inside. The facade finishing is combined. Brownish and yellowish clinker tiles are combined with planes of open concrete and textured concrete.

STAIRWAYS

Acoustic segmental suspended ceilings are planned, the walls are left made of natural concrete; the floors of lobbies, corridors, stair treads and stairway grounds are covered with tiles, electrical energy-saving lighting (LED lights) is installed, controlled by motion sensors. Mailboxes are equipped.

DOORS

Exterior doors - metal made from hot-dip galvanized profiled steel. Tambour doors on the floors are made of aluminum, the exterior doors are glazed with single-chamber glass units. Exterior doors of the apartments - armored doors (single, multi-layered with sound insulation filler) with two locks planned.

WASTEWATER

Rainwater sewage shall be lead to the planned rainwater sewage networks. Domestic sewage shall be lead to the planned domestic sewage networks. Internal sewage main networks are laid of PVC thick-walled, noiseless pipes.

WATER-SUPPLY

Water is supplied centrally from city networks. Water-supply pipes are multilayered / steel, laid according to the project of the building up to the connection points of sanitary devices. A cold and hot water inlet meter is installed for the entire building.

ELECTRICITY

Electrical energy is supplied 0.4 kV KL from KAS cabinets to the electricity users of apartment buildings.

HEATING

The heating source for the apartment buildings that are being designed is the city's district heating networks and heating point. The heating point is designed for each apartment building separately.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

The territory of the plot is enclosed by fencing. A children’s playground and a recreational area are installed.

WINDOWS

Aluminum construction facade showcase system is used for showcases. All remaining windows are triple glazed, plastic.

APARTMENT ENTRANCE DOORS

Armored, with two locks, single, multi-layered with sound-absorbing fillers and a peephole.

APARTMENT METERING DEVICES

Cold and hot water as well as heating metering devices are installed for each apartment.

VENTILATION

A forced (mechanical) ventilation system is planned for each apartment. An individual recuperation system with a rotary heat exchanger with an efficiency of 82% is intended. Ventilation devices are designed in non-residential premises of the apartment (closets, bathrooms). The ventilation unit is mounted on the wall. Air extraction is planned from the kitchen and a bathroom. Air is supplied to residential areas: living room, bedrooms. Air supply / disposal devices - diffusers / grilles are intended.

WASTEWATER

Domestic sewage will be disposed through one outlet into the existing wastewater networks in Linkmenų Street. The pipes are routed according to the project of the building up to the connection points of the sanitary devices. The diameters and arrangement of the pipes are made according to the technical project. Plumbing appliances are not installed.

WATER-SUPPLY

Cold and hot water metering devices are installed in common areas, i.e. in the stairwells.  

HEATING

A two-pipe, collector heating system with heated floor adjustable collectors is installed. In winter, the premises are maintained at + 21° C. There is a possibility to install an electric towel dryer in the bathroom. Heating system metering devices are installed in the corridor (in the main network cabinet according to the project of the building).

ELECTRICITY

A separate electricity accounting for each apartment is intended. The total maximum capacity in the apartment - 8 kW. 

WEAK CURRENTS

Each apartment will be equipped with the input boxes. From the inter-storey communications panels to each of the apartments, 2 pipes (without cables) with wires will be laid for the pulling through of the cables. Autonomous smoke and temperature alarms are installed.

PARTIAL FINISHING AND SETTING UP OF AN APARTMENT

The masonry walls of the apartment are plastered, putty is not applied, walls are not painted. GB prefabricated walls of the apartment are not plastered, putty is not applied, walls are not painted. The joints of the gypsum plasterboard walls of the apartment are filled, the walls are not plastered, the putty is not applied, walls are not painted. The preparatory floor layer in the apartment floors is laid – a levelling layer of mortar with acoustic insulation. The floor covering (parquet, PVC coating, etc.) is not installed. Waterproofing is not installed in bathrooms. The ceiling of the apartment is not plastered, the putty is not applied, ceiling is not painted. The seam between the prefabricated floor slabs is not filled. According to the project of the building, electrical installation is set up, copper wires are laid out. Sockets, switches and lights are not installed. According to the project of the building, areas for the connection of plumbing appliances (bathtub, toilet, sink and washing machine) are foreseen in the bathroom, in the kitchen – the area for a sink. The plumbing appliances are not installed. Internal apartment doors are not installed.
